Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious but not excellent, and the overall cost was a bit high. The room I stayed in was a smokers' room, so it had a persistent ashtray smell. Despite a slight initial odor, probably from poor ventilation, the room was quite warm in the evening.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms for my children were poor and in need of redecoration, giving a dated look. However, my own room was excellent, very modern, clean, and quiet, offering a pleasant view over a small field.
The hotel offers a standard room size typical for Japan, accommodating up to 5 adults and 2 kids comfortably with tatami beds. The rooms, although clean, overlook a charming vegetable garden and are a bit small and plain compared to the rest of the hotel. The service is exceptionally friendly and helpful, with fluent English-speaking staff ready to assist with any needs. The location provides easy access to local eateries and a convenient store in a mostly residential area, making it ideal despite morning shuttle stops. The dining experience offers a buffet of Japanese and continental cuisines but falls short on variety, especially for the price. The facilities are well-equipped and modern. Overall, a good value for money stay with some minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while slightly run down, offered some surprising amenities like a massage chair and a raised platform with a low table for eating. However, the plastic bathrooms were tiny and less impressive compared to the rest of the facilities. The service was a mix of helpfulness with genuine and friendly staff, but poor communication during booking. The location served its purpose of being close to the airport but lacked immediate amenities. Dining options varied in quality from mediocre to satisfying. Overall, the facilities were decent with some room for improvement.
The hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable, including a nice massage chair and an air purifier, although small with the presence of an ashtray. The service provided was friendly and helpful, especially during a situation where we thought we left an item in the room. The location, although a bit crowded during check-in, was close to the airport and convenient for late-night arrivals. The dining experience offered outstanding and delicious options but was considered quite expensive. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
